A: Please contact me as soon as possible via the Contact page to rectify any issues.
Q: Is combined shipping possible?
A: Yes, combined shipping will go automatically if you place more products in your order.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: After payment is complete, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. If your order contains a pre-order, your order will be shipped after all products are complete. You will receive a notification after your order has been shipped.
Q: Where does my order come from?
A: We are located in the Netherlands.
Q: Is Vhyrel an official business?
A: Yes, it is part of Fidra, located in the Netherlands.
Q: My country is not available on your website for shipping. Help?
A: Please contact me as soon as possible via the Contact page.
Q: Do you sell your products outside of vhyrel.com?
A: Please do not buy Vhyrel products outside of this website or etsy.com/shop/vhyrel or official announced conventions. You are being scammed.
Q: Why are your products more expensive on Etsy?
A: Etsy takes a higher percentage, therefore we are forced to up the price a bit.

Q: Are all products limited?
A: Yes.
Q: Will sold out products get restocked?
A: Depending on popularity, some may get restocked. Please check out the webshop weekly for updates. Discontinued prints and stickers will eventually get removed completely from the website.
Q: Can I pre-order a specific sold out design?
A: Please contact me via the Contact page and I’ll see what I can do.
Q: Will there be more products and designs?
A: Yes. The website will update monthly with new products.
Q: Why isn't Watercolor Paper available for all prints?
A: This kind of paper works best for art that was created on the exact paper.
Q: What is the right frame size for the 21 x 29.7 cm prints?
A: The perfect frame would be an A4 frame as those are meant for this size of print.
